Have you read O. Palmer Robertson's "The Christ of the Covenants"? Obviously it's a bit more contemporary than the others listed, but I've found it invaluable as I've delved more and more into covenant theology. IMHO, while the Reformed systematic doctrinal distinctives are important "nuts and bolts" of the faith, the concepts of kingdom and covenant are -really- the gems of Reformation theology.
Nope, haven't read Robertson's yet. Its on my list.
