“The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.

When something happens that we do not understand, we have a choice to make. We can demand to to know the secret things, doubt God, and possibly even become angry and bitter against Him; or we can surrender our limited understanding and trust God. We do not know everything, but we do know that we have a God who can be trusted to make no mistakes. He is holy and righteous and good, and in this we rejoice.
